Foil steam table pans come in two standard sizes: full size, which fits a full 12" x 20" steam table well, and half size, two of which fill the same opening. Lids are sized to match each pan. Below are every foil pan, lid, sheet and roll we stock, with case packs and pallet counts.

What size is a full-size foil steam table pan?

A full-size pan fits a standard full steam table opening of about 12" x 20". Two half-size pans fill the same opening, so half pans are the common choice for smaller portions and catering lines.

Do foil lids come with the pans?

No. Pans and lids are sold separately so you can order the ratio you use. Match the lid size to the pan: full-size lids for full pans, half-size lids for half pans.

How many foil pans fit on a pallet?

It depends on the size: the chart lists cases per pallet for each item. For example, full-size deep pans ship 50 to a case and 28 cases to a pallet.
