Common questions
What is the difference between standard and heavy-duty foil?
Heavy-duty foil is thicker, so it resists punctures when wrapping bones, brisket or sharp-edged trays. Standard foil is lighter and more economical for covering and lining.
Do steam table pan lids fit every brand of pan?
Our foil lids are sized for standard half and full size steam table pans. Order pans and lids together from us to guarantee the fit.
Can foil pans go in the oven?
Yes, aluminum pans and plates are oven safe. Board lids are for cold holding and transport only; remove them before heating.
